Welcome to Pyrmont Yoga, specialising in authentic yoga. Yoga is a science, thousands of years old, proven by the test of time. When practised correctly, regularly and with the right guidance it helps to balance the body, the emotions and the mind. Authentic yoga  seeks to create deep, lasting, personal transformation.

Our small, friendly yoga classes welcome students of all abilities, body shapes and backgrounds.

Our experienced teachers will, in time, come to know you as an individual and help you to overcome your challenges and celebrate your strengths. They share their knowledge with humility and patience, helping you to build both inner and outer strength & flexibility and to calm the mind.

NEW! LEVEL 3 COURSE WITH LAINIE

Designed for those who have completed Beginners 2 or who have some yoga experience but would like the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the physical practice and philosophy of yoga. The course will include a closer look some of the more challenging poses as well as a pranayama and meditation.

A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF YOGA – STUDY COURSE

Dive deeper into the wisdom of the ancient science of yoga one Sunday afternoon a month for 8 months from May at 2.30 – 4.30pm. This study course is designed to broaden your understanding of yoga on all levels.

The course is open to those who are new to yoga who wish to learn more as well as experienced practitioners seeking to expand and heighten an established practice.
