Ashtanga Mysore (Kid-Friendly) – Tuesdays start any time from 9.45am – 11am with Lainie
Starting 13th February
Everyone is welcome to come and learn the Ashtanga Mysore method including mums and dads. Bring the little ones along with some quiet toys and books. Bigger kids can join in for free. Please note there is no pram access or storage at the studio
