When practised correctly, regularly and with the right guidance it helps to balance the body, the emotions and the mind. Authentic yoga seeks to create deep, lasting, personal transformation.
Our small, friendly yoga classes welcome students of all ages, abilities, body shapes and backgrounds.
Our experienced teachers will, in time, come to know you as an individual and help you to overcome your challenges and celebrate your strengths. They share their knowledge with humility and patience, helping you to build both inner and outer strength & flexibility and to calm the mind.

Christmas & New Year Holidays Schedule
We will be closing the studio from Sunday 23rd December 2018 through to Friday 11th January inclusive. Our last class for the year will be the Saturday 22nd December 10.15pm Yin class and our first class back the Saturday 12th January 9am Slow Flow/Hatha class.
All current class pass expiry dates will be extended by 3 weeks to account for the closure.
